Ben is an expert in machine learning, data science, software development and quantum computing. Ben has a PhD and Master of Science in quantum physics from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech).

Timothy Toner

Founder & CEO

Tim has 20+ years of experience as an investment banker and tech company founder. Previously, Tim worked at Lazard and Macquarie Group, where he focused on principal investments, M&A and equity capital markets.

Peter Halstead

Independent Chair

Peter has over 35 years of capital markets experience across Australia and Europe. He is currently Chief Investment Officer at Little Group (Paul Little’s family office). Previously, Peter was Head of Equity Capital Markets at Lazard and Head of Institutional Sales at Citi for Australia & New Zealand.
